Melt 300 grams of milk chocolate (2591) with 50 grams of white chocolate (2593) and mix 190 grams of pistachio paste (47012) into the chocolate at 35°C. Next, mix 120 grams of kadayif (46441) into the chocolate-pistachio mixture. Fill the moulded chocolate mould and close it after the chocolate has hardened. Done!
