Moul-Bie Flour : A Live Artisan Baking Showcase 2026
A hands-on demonstration day focused on understanding Moul-Bie flours, their functionality, and practical applications across the full baking process—from mixing and fermentation through to baking.
Participants will work with a range of products including seeded breads, brioche, baguettes, tin breads, and pastry cream, gaining technical insights and practical techniques for consistent professional results.
This will be presented to you by the chef in the profession Thomas Soccoja.
